What is Click and Collect?

A free shipping option to pick up or swap bag orders at The Clubhouse, our central London office.

Where are you located? 

1 Hayne Street, London, EC1A 9HG.

What time can I collect? 

You can collect or swap your order between the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm. 

How does it work?

• Select “Pick up in store” at checkout.
• You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready (within 4 business hours).
• Collect your order within 3 business days.
• Ring our doorbell and we will meet you downstairs with your order 

Can I return my bag at pickup?

Yes, bring your member bag for a swap.

What if I need more time?

You have 3 days to collect your order before it is canceled. If you need extra time, please email [email protected] to make arrangements.
