All they need to do is click the activation link included in the email which will take the recipient to the membership pricing page. The recipient should add the membership that they&#x2019;ve been gifted to their cart and apply the unique discount code they&#x2019;ve been provided with at checkout. They&#x2019;ll also have to create an account at this stage. The value of their gift membership or gift voucher will remain the same, and any unused credit will be applied to their new membership plan. <span id="isPasted" style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Roboto,sans-serif;color:#1d1c1d;background-color:transparent;font-weight:700;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;">What happens at the end of a gifted membership term or when gift voucher credit is used up?The 30-day cancellation notice period is waived for gift recipients, however, cancellation must be communicated at least 3 business days before the end of the gifted membership term or before the gift voucher voucher credit is used up. At the end of a gifted membership term, or when a gift recipient&#x2019;s voucher credit is about to be used up, COCOON will contact the recipient to let them know that the gifted membership period is coming to an end and give them the opportunity to cancel or continue on as a paying member. Cancellation must be communicated at least 3 business days before the end of the gifted membership term.
