At the end of a gifted membership term, or when a gift recipient&#x2019;s voucher credit is about to be used up, COCOON will contact the recipient to let them know that the gifted membership period is coming to an end and give them the opportunity to cancel or continue on as a paying member. Cancellation must be communicated at least 5 business days before the end of the gifted membership term.
