What is the minimum term?Updated a month ago

At COCOON, our aim is to provide the ultimate value and variety for our members and our community, and in order for us to deliver this, we require new members to commit to a minimum of 60 days on a monthly membership plan, and 90 days if on a Quarterly or Flexi plan. 

Any free membership term is excluded from your cancellation notice period, however, any partially discounted membership term is included as part of the minimum term. If you request to cancel your membership without serving your minimum term, you will be required to pay the value of the minimum membership term before your membership is cancelled.
