What is COCOON membership?

COCOON is a membership subscription service for luxury bags. Membership unlocks access to the COCOON collection, with bags to suit every style, occasion, and personality; delivered right to your door. Members can experience a new bag each month, or each week with Flexi membership, and purchase the styles they want to keep forever. It’s a smarter, circular way to indulge in variety and newness.

What is the minimum membership term?

At COCOON, our aim is to provide the ultimate value and variety for our members and our community, and in order for us to deliver this, we require new members to commit to a minimum of 60 days on a monthly membership plan, and 90 days if on a quarterly or Flexi plan. Any 100% or ‘free’ promotional period is excluded from your 30-day paid cancellation notice period however any promotional or discounted membership period is included within the minimum term.
