Can I buy a bag in the COCOON collection?

You may fall for a bag in our collection and want to call it your own - we get it, love is a crazy thing!

Customers can inquire about purchasing anything in our collection, simply register your interest directly on the bag's page and our membership team will be in touch with more information. Customers can also shop the COCOON ReSale edit of bags available for immediate purchase, which includes limited edition bags, pre-loved classic styles, and vintage bags that you would be hard-pressed to find anywhere else. Please note, we reserve the right to not sell any bag in the COCOON collection at our discretion without providing a reason as to why the specific bag is not for sale.

 Do I need to be a member to purchase a bag in the COCOON collection?

No, members and non-members both have the option to purchase styles on COCOON. 


Am I eligible for a discount as a member?

Yes, if you are currently a COCOON member, you are eligible for a discount on the permanent purchase of a bag in the collection. 

Membership discounts are as follows: 

0-6 months of membership (on any membership plan): 5% discount on the purchase price

6+ months of membership (on any membership plan): 10% discount on the purchase price 


How do I know the condition of the bag that I’m purchasing?

We take every effort to provide accurate photographs for each bag. We have also implemented a grading system (see below) to guide you on the quality of each item available for purchase. How much is shipping?

If you purchase a bag on COCOON and are based in the mainland UK, you will benefit from free shipping for all orders over £500. Please note that for orders under £500, you will be charged our standard next-day delivery fee of £4.95 (Monday-Saturday delivery). If you’re based overseas and are interested in purchasing one of our bags, please contact our friendly membership team and we can see what we can do for you! 


How do you grade the condition of bags in the ReSale edit?

To ensure that your purchase meets your expectations, we determine each bag’s condition before listing it on our website. For this purpose, we have designated simple criteria with a six-letter grading system.

Brand New and Unworn With Tags

Brand New Without Tags


Excellent to Very Good Condition - Like new, used but no visible signs of use

Very Good to Good Condition - Well maintained with some signs of wear
Fair Condition - Visible signs of wear from frequent use

Very Worn or with Damage - Obvious damage to item, visible defects

Can I return a bag that I have purchased?

Yes, please get in touch to request a return within 14 days of receipt. The return must be shipped back to us within 28 days of the original delivery date. Please follow the return instructions included in your order. If the return tag is removed or the security seal is not intact, the items will be considered worn and we reserve the right to refuse your refund.  All returned items must be in the same condition as sold, with their original packaging as well as any accessories (including dust bags). Return tags are included on all bags to ensure that all items are returned in their original condition. For more information, see our returns policy.
