How do I cancel my membership?

All memberships have a 30-day paid cancellation notice period. If you want to cancel your membership email us at [email protected]. Your notice period starts on the day you email us, provided that you have served your minimum term by the time your 30-day cancellation notice period concludes. Any free membership term is excluded from your 30-day paid cancellation notice period, however, any partially discounted membership term is included as part of the minimum term.  If you request to cancel your membership without serving your minimum term, you will be required to pay the value of the minimum membership term before your membership is cancelled. Kindly note, if you have pre-purchased any membership add-ons (including Bag Passes) that you don’t intend to use before cancelling, these will be refunded on cancellation. If COCOON has gifted you add-ons during your membership period, these will be forfeited on cancellation.


Our Flexi membership is a forever membership without a recurring charge, and you can tap in and out of the collection when you please. If, for some reason, you would like to cancel your Flexi membership, please email us at [email protected]


What happens during the paid cancellation notice period?

You have an active membership until such time that your last order has been collected and returned to us in line with your cancellation date. During this time, your membership fees are due in full, and all payments will be taken as normal.  All of your membership benefits will remain in place during the cancellation notice period.. 


Any pre-paid membership fees from your cancellation period will be refunded to you on a pro-rata basis along with your Holding Fee (less outstanding membership fees, damage, and repair fees, and/or late fees that may be due). If any additional fees are due, we may also request that you settle any outstanding fees to us before your membership is considered cancelled. 


What happens if I miss a membership payment during the paid cancellation notice period?

Please be aware that any members with missed payments during their cancellation period will be considered delinquent members, and referred to our legal department for follow-up in line with our policies around missed payments. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.
