<h5 dir="ltr" id="isPasted" style="line-height:1.656;background-color:#ffffff;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;">I&#x2019;m a Flexi member, can I upgrade to a full-time membership?</h5>If you&#x2019;re craving continuous bag newness, and want to take your COCOON experience to the next level, upgrading is easy. Just log into your account, select your preferred bag, choose the upgrade option, and proceed to checkout to complete the upgrade process. Payment for your new membership is required upfront, and your upgrade will commence immediately. Your billing date will recur on the same date of the upgrade on a monthly or quarterly frequency depending on your selection. Any pre-purchased Bag Passes will remain on your account for you to use as a full-time member (allowing you to access a second bag from any collection for one week at a time).&#xA0; &#xA0;<h5 dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.656;background-color:#ffffff;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;" id="how-do-i-upgrade-or-downgrade-between-full-time-membership-tiers">How do I upgrade or downgrade between full-time membership tiers?</h5>You can upgrade your membership plan, or save by switching to a quarterly membership plan, anytime on our website. Simply sign in and head to the&#xA0;<span id="isPasted" style="font-size: 12px; font-family: Inter; color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;"><a href="https://www.cocoon.club/pages/memberships#membershipPlansSection">membership page</a>, &#xA0;select the new membership plan you would like, and checkout with it. If you are interested in accessing a bag in another tier, add the bag to the cart and you will be prompted to update your membership to the relevant plan.&#xA0;If you are upgrading from a monthly to quarterly frequency but continuing with the same membership tier, you will not be charged a daily price difference. Your upgraded membership will come into effect on your next billing date. You will not be refunded any amounts from your current membership cycle if you are staying on the same tier.&#xA0;If you choose to upgrade your membership tier (i.e. from Premium to Deluxe), you will be charged the difference between the current membership plan and the upgraded membership plan by calculating the daily rate against the number of days until the start of your next Membership Billing Cycle. Your full upgraded membership will then be charged at the start of your next Membership Billing Cycle.&#xA0;To downgrade your membership plan, please get in touch with us at<a href="mailto:membership@cocoonclub.co.uk">&#xA0;membership@cocoonclub.co.uk</a>.&#xA0;You can only downgrade your membership plan after one paid month on the plan you signed up with. If you downgrade your membership part way through your membership billing cycle and are due back a difference in membership fees, the difference will be applied to your account in membership credit.&#xA0;Can I change my full-time membership to Flexi?If you wish to downgrade to our Flexi membership, please contact us at<a href="mailto:membership@cocoonclub.co.uk">&#xA0;membership@cocoonclub.co.uk</a>.&#xA0; Please note the following guidelines:<ul><li id="isPasted">Eligibility: You can only downgrade your membership plan after completing your 60-day minimum term</li><li>Monthly Members: You will need to complete your current billing cycle before switching to a Flexi plan.</li><li>Quarterly Members:&#xA0;If you choose to downgrade partway through your membership billing cycle and have unused membership fees, the difference will be applied to your account as membership credit. The membership credit can be used for future Bag Passes. Credit less than &#xA3;100 has a 2-month expiration, while credit more than &#xA3;100 has a 6-month expiration.</li><li>Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for any unused membership days.</li></ul>

Upgrade Membership

Need a break from endless new bags? Pause your membership for up to six months and restart any time in that period. Please note pausing is not available for Flexi members.

Your pause period can only commence once your first membership payment has been made (you cannot request a pause during a free membership term). You can pause multiple times during your membership, and the minimum pause period is one month. Your paused period begins the day your bag order has been returned. To return your order, &#xA0;please refer to the instructions that were included with your order. Once your pause period starts, there will be no fees due until your membership is reactivated. If your charge date falls on the same day as your bag is returned, your charge will go ahead as normal, and this will be added to your next active membership period.&#xA0; <span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: Inter; color: rgb(29, 28, 29); background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">When you pause your membership, your next membership charge date will be moved 3 months ahead. Any pre-paid membership days will be allocated to your new billing period or can be exchanged for credit towards membership add-ons and upgrades. At the end of the 3&#xA0;month period, your membership will automatically unpause . This &#xA3;1 fee will be credited towards your next membership payment. &#xA0;From this point you will use any pre-paid membership days on your account and be charged your standard membership fee.&#xA0;&#xA0;<h5 dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.656;background-color:#ffffff;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;" id="id-like-to-unpause-my-membership-early-how-do-i-do-this">I&#x2019;d like to unpause my membership early. Your membership will automatically be reinstated&#xA0;<span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: Inter; color: rgb(27, 28, 29); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">and you will start using up any used membership days and/or be charged your membership fee.&#xA0;&#xA0;<h5 dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.656;background-color:#ffffff;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;" id="can-i-pause-my-flexi-membership">Can I pause my Flexi Membership?</h5>No, there is no reason to pause Flexi Membership. The Flexi Membership base fee is a one-time payment, granting members unlimited Flexi membership (once you&#x2019;re in, you&#x2019;re in!).&#xA0;

All memberships have a 30-day paid cancellation notice period. Your notice period starts on the day you email us provided you have served your minimum term. Read on for all information about cancelling your COCOON membership.

<h5 dir="ltr" id="isPasted" style="line-height:1.656;background-color:#ffffff;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;">How do I cancel my membership?</h5>All memberships have a 30-day paid cancellation notice period. If you want to cancel your membership email us at&#xA0;<a href="mailto:membership@cocoonclub.co.uk" style="text-decoration:none;">membership@cocoonclub.co.uk</a>. Your notice period starts on the day you email us, provided that you have served your minimum term by the time your 30-day cancellation notice period concludes. Any free membership term is excluded from your 30-day paid cancellation notice period, however, any partially discounted membership term is included as part of the minimum term. &#xA0;If you request to cancel your membership without serving your minimum term, you will be required to pay the value of the minimum membership term before your membership is cancelled. Kindly note, if you have pre-purchased any membership add-ons (including Bag Passes) that you don&#x2019;t intend to use before cancelling, these will be refunded on cancellation. If COCOON has gifted you add-ons during your membership period, these will be forfeited on cancellation.&#xA0;Our Flexi membership is a forever membership without a recurring charge, and you can tap in and out of the collection when you please. During this time, your membership fees are due in full, and all payments will be taken as normal. &#xA0;All of your membership benefits will remain in place during the cancellation notice period..&#xA0;&#xA0;Any pre-paid membership fees from your cancellation period will be refunded to you on a pro-rata basis along with your Holding Fee (less outstanding membership fees, damage, and repair fees, and/or late fees that may be due). If any additional fees are due, we may also request that you settle any outstanding fees to us before your membership is considered cancelled.&#xA0;&#xA0;<h5 dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.656;background-color:#ffffff;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;" id="what-happens-if-i-miss-a-membership-payment-during-the-paid-cancellation-notice-period">What happens if I miss a membership payment during the paid cancellation notice period?</h5>Please be aware that any members with missed payments during their cancellation period will be considered delinquent members, and referred to our legal department for follow-up in line with our policies around missed payments.
