I’m a Flexi member, can I upgrade to a full-time membership?

If you’re craving continuous bag newness, and want to take your COCOON experience to the next level, upgrading is easy. Just log into your account, select your preferred bag, choose the upgrade option, and proceed to checkout to complete the upgrade process. Payment for your new membership is required upfront, and your upgrade will commence immediately. Your billing date will recur on the same date of the upgrade on a monthly or quarterly frequency depending on your selection.

Any pre-purchased Bag Passes will remain on your account for you to use as a full-time member (allowing you to access a second bag from any collection for one week at a time). 


How do I upgrade or downgrade between full-time membership tiers?

You can upgrade your membership plan, or save by switching to a quarterly membership plan, anytime on our website. Simply sign in and head to the membership page,  select the new membership plan you would like, and checkout with it. If you are interested in accessing a bag in another tier, add the bag to the cart and you will be prompted to update your membership to the relevant plan.


If you are upgrading from a monthly to quarterly frequency but continuing with the same membership tier, you will not be charged a daily price difference. Your upgraded membership will come into effect on your next billing date. You will not be refunded any amounts from your current membership cycle if you are staying on the same tier.


If you choose to upgrade your membership tier (i.e. from Premium to Deluxe), you will be charged the difference between the current membership plan and the upgraded membership plan by calculating the daily rate against the number of days until the start of your next Membership Billing Cycle. Your full upgraded membership will then be charged at the start of your next Membership Billing Cycle.


To downgrade your membership plan, please get in touch with us at [email protected]. You can only downgrade your membership plan after one paid month on the plan you signed up with. If you downgrade your membership part way through your membership billing cycle and are due back a difference in membership fees, the difference will be applied to your account in membership credit.
