Why am I being charged Late Fees and/or Missed Collection fees?

As a COCOON member, it’s your responsibility to ensure bag orders are returned within the allocated time frame. The bag’s access period will either be one month or three months, as noted on each bag’s page. If you fail to return a bag by the required date you will be liable for late fees that equal to £10 per business day until the bag is returned. Separately, if you have requested a collection that is unsuccessful, you will be charged a £10 missed collection for each failed collection attempt.
